  • Submission and presentation guidelines

We welcome proposals related to any research performed in collaboration with Vanderbilt's Department of Biostatistics, from authors at any stage of their career, including students (direct affiliation with VUMC not required).

Presenting authors must commit to being on-site with the poster during the session, to discuss their research with the judges and other attendees. To be considered for the session, please enter your information (including abstract) into the poster submission Google Form by Thursday, August 31 (11:59 p.m. Central Time).

Up to 20 submissions will be accepted, with notifications sent by Monday, September 11. Titles and abstracts of accepted posters will be published on this website (with editing/styling for program consistency).

Posters should be printed to fit on a 4' x 6' board (similar to those pictured above). The available display space for each printed poster is 91 inches wide x 45 inches high (i.e., slightly smaller than 8 x 4 feet).
