The Dual Career Program offers free job search assistance for up to one year for spouses and partners of newly recruited faculty or staff.
We recognize that meeting the needs of today's academic and professional couples is vital to recruiting and retaining exceptional faculty and staff. Vanderbilt is committed to providing assistance to dual career couples so that both partners can make a successful transition into the Nashville Community.

A few notes about our services:
- Employment Services will be provided for one year and will end upon the acceptance of employment, whichever occurs first.
- Services listed are not inclusive and will be determined based on need and availability of resources.
- Residents' services will be modified and provided via telephone and online.
- Assistance is not a guarantee or a promise of employment. While a valuable resource, the dual career program serves as a resource and support system and is not intended to take the place of one's own job search efforts.
How to Get Started
