Students at the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management participated in a unique opportunity to gain primary experience in the Health Valuation Lab, a new course offering students a chance to work with a Project Healthcare company to provide valuation services. Available as an independent study course, students are split into teams and assess a multitude of factors, including competition, market size and potential, regulatory landscape, technology and more. This interdisciplinary experience prepares students to develop skills that will benefit companies who hope to maximize growth opportunities and introduces them to many industry experts who offer guidance.
