Jeremy Crawford, MMHC, BBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC
Director of Nursing Operations

Jeremy began his nursing career in the Pediatric Emergency Department in 2011. He progressed in his career from staff nurse, clinical staff leader, business coordinator, nurse manager, senior associate, before assuming his current role. Jeremy leads hospital-wide, strategic initiatives that support both frontline staff and leaders in providing excellent care for our patients. Jeremy enjoys complex problem solving and working on various teams to ensure healthcare evolves to meet the needs of patients and their families. In addition to his role at Monroe Carell, Jeremy currently serves as the President of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Association for Men in Nursing and is an advocate for advancing men in the nursing profession.

After six years of non-profit management, he received his BSN from Belmont University in 2010. Jeremy holds a Master of Management in Healthcare from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management, 2019. He also holds a specialty certification as a Nurse Executive from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
