Marlee Crankshaw, DNP, RN, CNML

Marlee has been with Vanderbilt since 1983. She received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University and attended Vanderbilt School of Nursing where she obtained her Master's in Nursing in 2001 and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2010. Marlee enjoyed her many years as a staff nurse before moving to Case Management when she discovered she really thrived on having her hands on the many different pieces of the patient's experience.

Marlee has administrative responsibility for Neonatal Services which includes the Neonatal ICU (NICU) and the Special Care Nurseries. As an experienced nursing leader, Marlee is committed to providing excellent care to each of the babies and their families as well as mentoring neonatal caregivers throughout their careers.

Marlee holds her specialty certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Certified Nurse Manager Leader.
