Throughout the year the CHTN Western staff meets weekly to discuss pertinent organizational information. Within the last year staff presentations were added to give staff the ability to grow their knowledge and presentation skills. Also, during periods new staff being added, training meetings will be added weekly to give the new staff a better understanding of operations.

During the bi-weekly Lab Meetings, we have different staff members present on topics related to our work. It has served as a great opportunity for staff to advance their presentation skills, while providing knowledge to the CHTN Western staff.

For about four weeks time, we had training meetings with some of the CHTN Western employees to go over clinical trials, biomarkers and prognostic indicators, neoadjuvant vs. adjuvant, prostate vs. ovarian staging, and normal vs. cancer images. Each staff member that attended was required to put together a PPT and present to the rest of the group. Below is a compilation of the PPTs presented.
