Previous Mini-Grant Awardees

The Office of Health Equity's mini-grant program sponsors innovative community health improvement projects in Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson, Wilson, Bedford, and Coffee Counties. Projects are selected upon their ability to address at least one of the needs prioritized by the community in the Community Health Needs Assessment (refer to key below for prioritized needs).
