Log into PolicyTech
Home Page Dashboard
- My Tasks - View assigned tasks
- Company Messages - View company messages and a list of all sites in PolicyTech
- My Recently Accessed Documents - View recently accessed documents
- Favorites - A list of favorite documents chosen by the user
- Recently Published Documents - Documents published within your assigned home site
- Policy Tech Help Folder - Contains helpful procedures and short videos
- Located by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen and choosing "Help" from the dropdown list
Browse / Search
- Click Documents in the left hand side navigation
- Click Browse or Search
- Confirm the appropriate Site is selected
- Type criteria in the Browse/Search bar, click the magnifying glass (or hit the enter key on your keyboard)
- Choose the criteria you would like to use for searching: Document Title, Full Text
- To "narrow" the results:
- Click the three dots to the right of the magnifying glass
- Select the dropdown arrow from the Search field and choose desired criteria
- Select "Ok"
Add to Favorites From Within A Document
- Click the star icon (top left of screen)
- Once the star icon clicked, the document is added to your favorites
