Brief Job Description:  I am here to learn as much as possible from one of the premier biomedical informatics programs in the country.  As a VA informatics fellow, I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge and experience to the largest electronic health system in the US.

Past Experiences: I have been a practicing Plastic Surgeon since completing my residency in Plastic Surgery at SUNY Downstate at Brooklyn in 2001.  Before beginning medical school, I had worked for 4 years as a systems analyst  in a defense contractor position.  I embarked upon this degree program to combine my clinical present with my past technical background.  Ideally, I would like  to work in an environment where I could research and teach medical students and residents.
