Xinnan Niu, MD, MS

Xinnan Niu joined the center in Feb, 2015. He obtained his Medical Degree from School of Medicine, Zhengzhou University. He also received two M.Sc degrees in Molecular Biology and Computing from Western Kentucky University and Marquette University. Before joining in this center, he worked on developing algorithms for peptide/protein identification using LC-tandem MS/MS data. Now, he is interested in mining EMR data integrated with omic data.
