Mohammed Ferdaus obtained his Ph.D. at Shimane University, Izumo, Japan. He then did a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the Division of Nephrology & Hypertension at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the Department of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics at Boston University, Massachusetts, prior to joining the laboratory.
