Ramsey Shane is from Fairhope, Alabama. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Birmingham-Southern College and her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While in pharmacy school, Ramsey served as APhA-ASP chapter president, Phi Lambda Sigma chapter treasurer, as well as being actively involved with Rho Chi and ASHP-SSHP. Her clinical interests include oncology and infectious diseases, but she is looking forward to exposure to the various clinical settings that VUMC has to offer across PGY-1 year. In her free time, she likes spending time with friends and family, walking nature trails, and reading a good book! A fun fact about Ramsey is that she swam for her college's swim team!

Elly is from Suwanee, Georgia. She completed both her undergraduate coursework and Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Georgia. During her time in pharmacy school, she was involved in Rho Chi, ACCP, ASHP, and her college's Student Ambassador Program. She also spent many Saturday mornings volunteering at a free clinic in her hometown. Her professional interests include infectious diseases and internal medicine. She is excited to join the Vanderbilt team and spend time with her co-residents in their new city. In her free time, Elly enjoys running, reading, baking, and exploring all the great coffee shops around Nashville!

Sydney is originally from Franklin, Tennessee and earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from DePaul University in Chicago. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin. During pharmacy school, Sydney was actively involved in ASHP-SSHP, Phi Lambda Sigma, and served as the Secretary for Rho Chi. She also enjoyed working with and served as the President of UT Austin's Project Collaborate, a student led initiative that provides health screenings and education to underserved individuals in the Central Texas area. Her clinical interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and oncology, and she also has a passion for teaching and mentoring. She is excited to join the Vanderbilt team and rediscover Nashville. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Sydney is that her youth soccer team is in the Tennessee Soccer Association's Hall of Fame.

Landry grew up all over the United States but has been in the greater Nashville area since 2011! She completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Belmont University prior to completing her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Management in Health Care at Lipscomb University. Landry was longitudinally involved in class leadership, APhA leadership, and placed Top 10 nationally in the ASHP Clinical Skills Competition. Landry has clinical interests in critical care and cardiology. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, her boyfriend (and her boyfriend's dog, Harley), and getting a workout in at Orange Theory. A fun fact about Landry is that she cheered in college!

Kara is from Lenexa, Kansas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University before receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kansas. During pharmacy school, she served on the leadership teams of Rho Chi, Kappa Psi, and ASHP-SSHP, and was actively involved in SNPhA. Her clinical interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and cardiology. She is very excited to join the Vanderbilt team and explore a new city! Outside of pharmacy, Kara enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her puppy, Oliver. A fun fact about Kara is that she worked as a graphic designer at Kansas State during her first two years of college!
