LOGIN Issues

Troubleshooting Tips for LOGIN Issues:

  1. Make sure you are connected to the VPN or physically onsite at a VUMC campus
  2. Use a PC instead of a MAC
  3. Use a browser such as Microsoft EDGE rather than Google Chrome or Firefox
  4. Make sure you are entering your VUMC ID*, Password and selecting the Domain as "DS" (only option).
