Location
Our office is on Capitol Hill, next to Union Station. We are also close to the U.S. Capitol Building, congressional offices, U.S. Supreme Court, Library of Congress, several federal departments and agencies, and the headquarters of numerous policy groups and other non-governmental organizations. Other key locations in Washington, DC are a short ride by cab or subway.
We are located in the headquarters building of the American Psychological Association, 750 First Street, NE, Suite 1110. As you face the front of Union Station, our street runs along the immediate left side of the station. We are about two blocks down that street, just past the second overpass. If you are exiting Union Station through the main entrance, once outside, bear right, then make another right onto First Street, NE.

Metro Rail (Subway)
Use this interactive map and Metro Trip Planner to plan your trip. From downtown Washington, take the Red Line in the direction of Silver Spring/Glenmont. Get off at Union Station and exit the platform in the direction of Amtrak or "Amtrak/First Street." After you go up the first set of escalators and through the turnstile, exit through the doorway onto First Street (do not go up the second set of escalators, which take you into Union Station, itself). Once onto the sidewalk, turn right and walk about a block, passing under the second overpass. Our building is located on the left side of the street.
Cabs
Give the cab driver our address, emphasizing NORTHEAST. Tell the driver we are on the west side of Union Station, and just south of the CNN building. Many cab drivers opt to head northbound on North Capitol Street, then take a right on "G" Place to First Street, NE. That brings you directly to our building.
Parking
Metered parking is available along G Place (a one-way street that runs from North Capitol to First Street) and G Street on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is also available at $19 in the American Psychological Association's parking garage (First Street entrance) and the 10 G Street building at $15. Please note that the garage closes at 7:00 p.m.
