Valdimiro Beleza is the FGH Deputy Country Director (DCD) supporting the Country Director in ensuring compliance with FGH values, policies, and health development program implementation. As DCD, Valdimiro oversees the Human Resources, Operations, Logistics & Procurement, and IT Departments, as well as subcontract management.

Prior to becoming FGH DCD, Valdimiro was the Internal Audit Director at FGH where he was responsible for overseeing the Internal Audit Department and providing support to the organization’s overall risk management infrastructure. Prior to joining FGH, he managed external and internal audits for Deloitte Mozambique, covering several industries and multinational companies with a focus on financial services and non-profit organizations. 

Valdimiro holds a Master of Science in economics with a focus on finance from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE-China). He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Eduardo Mondlane University, Mozambique, and an advanced diploma in accounting and business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK). He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK).
