António Bila is the FGH Provincial Operations Director based in Quelimane, Zambézia Province. Bila supports all provincial level operations, oversees a team of district coordinators and FGH’s fleet of vehicles, motorcycles, and boats. He serves as the FGH liaison with the Provincial Health Directorate of Zambézia and the focal point for emergency response. Bila has over a decade of experience supporting operations for HIV/AIDS programs in Mozambique. Prior to joining FGH, he began his career with the Institute of Health Sciences in Tete, and later worked with the Ministry of Health as the Department Head for national planning and health curriculum review. Bila holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of International Health from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He is currently working towards his PhD in public health from Atlantic International University, USA.
