I'm studying the regulatory mechanisms of the Cdc42 gene during early eye development in mice. Using conditional gene inactivation and immunohistochemical methods, I'm exploring how Cdc42 inactivation affects cell proliferation, cell polarity, and apoptosis in eye morphogenesis.
