The Shade Tree Trot benefits Vanderbilt Medical School's free clinic in East Nashville, which provides medical, legal and social services to the uninsured and underserved at no charge. This trot is the primary source of funding for the student-run clinic. Prizes will be awarded for top gender and age place finishers, as well as top teams (which can be designated on the signup page).
Not a runner? Consider signing up to sleep in! Get a free t-shirt, support the clinic, and don't worry about trekking the 3.1 miles on Saturday morning.
