Ophthalmology Residency Program and Faculty Development in Liberia

The overall goal of this 3.5 year project is to assist the A.M. Dogliotti College of Medicine and Liberian College of Physicians and Surgeons to develop residency training in Ophthalmology, provide technical assistance for Ophthalmology curriculum reform, and to build institutional capacity for conducting research. Opportunities are available for Vanderbilt faculty and trainees to assist with curriculum development (related to instructional methodology and ophthalmology) and professional development for ophthalmology residents.
