Paschal has taught local and international biomedical service-learning courses as a biomedical engineering faculty member. She leads engineering student teams to Guatemala to test and repair biomedical equipment in hospitals there. She has also worked with local organizations providing medical equipment and services to international populations in Nashville and abroad. Her additional interests are in engineering education for all majors and biomedical imaging.
