    I'm a computer scientist with statistics experience and a bit of biology knowledge. I've been focusing on building cohorts for researchers and flushing out features for Knock, a tool to create campaigns to track and respond to short-term clinical patient data.

    Previously I have worked on optimizing the user experience of family history structured data entry and creating analysis pipelines for for tumor RNASeq data.
