Paula Campbell

Ms. Campbell joined the VISPR team in February 2024 as Senior Program Manager, overseeing the portfolio of clinical research studies in collaboration with pre-award, post-award, and implementation teams. Working closely with Drs. Halasa and Chappell, she facilitates financial operations, grant management, and engages the VISPR  team in participatory strategic development activities.

A native Nashvillian born to British parents, Paula holds a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University, an M.S. in Urban Education from Mercy College, and an M.P.H. in Global Health from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Since 2013, her research has focused on capacity building in global health, particularly addressing infectious diseases of global importance and reducing their burden through data-driven interventions such as immunizations. 

Outside of work, Paula enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures with her two young boys, crafting, and rock climbing with her husband.
