Dr. Lesley Tomaszewski is an Associate Professor and the Director of Healthcare Programs at Lipscomb University. Since graduating with her Ph.D. in 2003, Dr. Tomaszewski has taught in American and Dutch universities and worked on several National Science Foundation (NSF) research grants. Tomaszewski's research interests include leadership development and employee engagement within healthcare. She is an experienced qualitative researcher with over 20 years of experience in the United States and abroad. Prior to coming to Lipscomb in August 2021, Dr. Tomaszewski was the MHA Deputy Director and an Associate Professor (non-tenure) at Texas A&M University.
