- United Way COVID-19 Community Economic Relief Fund: Individuals in need may contact the United Way COVID-19 Community Economic Relief Fund by calling 1-866-211-9966. After providing your zip code, you will be given a list of local agencies that are providing assistance with bills, rent and food.
- Vanderbilt Faculty & Staff Hardship Fund: Administered by Work-Life Connections/EAP for Vanderbilt employees in temporary financial hardship who qualify for assistance. The COVID-19 pandemic has financially impacted many families, especially with more mouths to feed at home. Call 615-936-1327 to begin the application process.
- Nashville Financial Empowerment Centers: Providing free, in-depth information on financial disaster recovery for residents of Davidson County affected by the devastating tornadoes that hit Nashville on March 3rd or by the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Metro Action Commission: Need help paying electric or gas bills? The Metropolitan Action Commission may be able to assist Davidson County residents who need help paying for electric or gas bills.
- Legal Resources During COVID-19: The Legal Aid Society is providing free legal clinics via telephone. Local attorneys will offer advice on questions about housing and renter's rights, bankruptcy, medical bills, debt collection, domestic violence, applying for SNAP benefits and applying for unemployment benefits.

To access, visit VU Video Conferencing and then click the blue "Sign In" button to activate and configure your account. Remember to use your VU ID (not VUMC ID) to sign in.
