Olivia Powers

Olivia graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Biomedical Science. Before beginning graduate school, she worked as a research assistant at Harvard Medical School in the lab of Dr. Dan Barouch. There she studied many different viruses and vaccine platforms.  She matriculated through the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Biological and Biomedical Sciences before joining the Microbe-Host Interactions Program. Outside of lab Olivia enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with friends, and rooting for her favorite Boston sports teams.
