Clinton Holt
Clint completed his BE In Chemical Engineering & Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. He then earned his PhD in the Georgiev lab within the Chemical and Physical Biology Program. His research bridges computational biology and immunology to develop more effective vaccines and antibody therapeutics with an emphasis in three main areas:
- Structure-based protein design,
- Contrastive learning for improved epitope representation in antibody large language models; and
- Epitope-focused vaccine strategies against influenza and coronaviruses.
