Lauren Williamson

IGP Rotation Student

Lauren obtained her B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in biochemistry and biological sciences with a concentration in microbiology and immunology. She previously worked as a Postbaccalaureate IRTA fellow for the NIH in the laboratory of Dr. John T. Patton, where she focused on optimization of the rotavirus reverse genetics system. Lauren is now a student in the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program (IGP) at Vanderbilt University and is interested in vaccine design.
