LGBTQ Health Grand Rounds “The Clinic for Transgender Health: A Passion Project for our Patients”

Learning Objectives: 1) Review the history of the formation of Vanderbilt's Clinic for Transgender Health. 2) Discuss our current model of care. 3) Discuss the 5 pronged approach to providing care to TG patients (clinic accommodations, primary care, mental health, medical therapy, surgical therapy) and how those pieces weave together in providing affirming care. 4) Several real life cases. 5) Our goals moving forward.
