The behavior of early lung adenocarcinomas

To elucidate the underlining mechanisms leading to diverse outcomes of lung cancer, I study the genomics and proteomics of the lung tumor tissues and normal lung tissues using state-of-the-art technologies such as Next Generation Sequencing, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), multiplex immunohistochemistry and single cell analysis using CYTOF. In addition, we have developed two transgenic mouse models for the tumorigenesis projects in our laboratory. Mouse models are being maintained for use by the lab members.
