Kevin McGann, MD
General Surgery Resident, T32 Research Fellow
Kevin joined the MASLAB in 2024 as a T32 Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Thoracic Oncology. He has completed the first three years of his General Surgery residency here at Vanderbilt, and during his research fellowship, will be investigating the use of biomarkers for early lung cancer diagnosis. He earned his medical degree in his hometown at the University of Rochester in New York. He plans to continue his surgical training in Cardiothoracic Surgery here at Vanderbilt after completion of General Surgery. During his research fellowship, he will also complete a Master of Public Health degree at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
