Niral Patel, MPH

Associate Director of Operations / Senior Project Manager, STAR CRN

Niral earned her Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University and joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2013. Over the last decade, she has worked as a research assistant in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology and then gradually succeeded into a career as a research coordinator. She spent the next 8 years working as a research coordinator in Health Service Research under the Institute of Medicine and Public Health and the Division of Pediatric Neurology. Currently, she is the Associate Director of STAR Clinical Research Network where she leads project management and operational administrative duties. Her research interests include understanding and finding solutions for common challenges regarding research career advancement and project management barriers faced by research staff.
