My school does not send transcripts electronically, what do I need to do?

Am I eligible to receive the Nursing Tuition Assistance Benefit for more than one degree?
The Nursing Tuition Assistance Benefit may be used for more than one degree (Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's in nursing only) as long as the maximum benefit has not been exceeded.
May I use the Nursing Tuition Assistance Benefit (NTAB) and the HR Tuition Benefit for the same course (for example, use the NTAB to cover the 30% of the tuition that the HR Tuition Benefit does not cover one course?
No, the two benefits may not be combined to cover the same course.
Helpful Hints:
1. When submitting your benefit request at the beginning of the term, please make sure that the spelling of each name you enter is correct and that your manager’s email address is entered accurately. The address that entered will be the email used to request approval from your manager. If the email address is not accurate, your manager will not receive the request to approve your use of the benefit. Please access People Finder to check spelling and email addresses.
2. While you are required to apply for the HR Tuition Benefit along with the Nursing Tuition Benefit, you cannot use them both for the same course.
3. After submitting a Nursing Tuition Benefit request, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. You will also receive confirmation when your manager approves your request. If you have not received any of these confirmations, please inquire about the status of your submission at nursingtuition@vanderbilt.edu.
4. Please be accurate when you enter your school as a semester-based or quarter-based program. Don’t assume because your course length is shorter than a traditional semester that it is a quarter-based program. In order to be fair and accurate, we have checked with schools (either by way of their websites or by directly calling the school) to confirm whether they are a semester or a quarter program. We will be retroactively making corrections when we identify that a school has been incorrectly entered.
5. Transcripts are required for course reimbursement. Electronic copies sent directly from schools are acceptable. If your school does not send electronic transcripts have them mail to us at:
