How to Receive Reimbursement
Employees must submit a copy of their billing statement and a transcript of final grade(s) by the 30th day of the calendar month following the month the course is completed. Failure to do so will forfeit reimbursement.
If you are requesting your sealed official transcript to be sent to us directly from the school, please send to:

We will also accept official electronic transcripts sent to nursingtuition@vumc.org, as long as they are sent directly from the school.
Billing statements can be sent via campus mail, email, or fax. You may fax your billing statement to 615/936-0308. Employees attending Vanderbilt School of Nursing are not required to submit billing statements.
