Tim Thoner, Ph.D.

Tim received his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College. In the lab, he investigated the frequency of reovirus reassortment and localization of viral RNA during co-infection, as well as the effects of non-genomic RNA packaging on viruses and cells. He received his PhD from Vanderbilt University in 2022.
