Michelle Troyer

Michelle Troyer, (she/her) - Manager, CORS Services

Michelle Troyer is a manager with a proven track record of great leadership. After graduating from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Pedagogical Sciences, she moved to Nashville and joined Vanderbilt Health CPPA in 2014. She has been an integral part of the Coworker Observation Reporting System (CORS) program since its inception, including co-authoring a seminal publication in the Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety in 2016. Michelle now oversees the development and operational processes of the CORS program at all CPPA partner sites across the country.
