Jayme has been with Vanderbilt since 2008 and a member of the CPPA team since 2011. Her team manages the data and analysis for the more than 170 hospitals across the nation that utilize the PARS and CORS programs. As a Senior Analyst, she is a significant contributor to CPPA published research, and her team is responsible analyzing over 3 million complaints from partner organizations to the CPPA national database. Jayme also is CPPA’s data liaison for potential PARS and CORS partner sites, and works with new sites to help enhance both the quality and quantity of their complaint capture. In this role, she has assisted 21 partner sites fully implement the PARS or CORS programs.

Jayme arrived to CPPA after serving in the U.S. Air Force. She has a master’s degree in health care management from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Management, and earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information technology at Western Kentucky University.
