Nicolette M. Kostiw, PhD, PMP - Director Partner Engagement & Faculty, Vanderbilt Health CPPA; Assistant in Pediatrics, VUMC

Dr. Kostiw received her doctorate from Vanderbilt University. She has over 10 years of experience in higher education, mixed-methods research, quality improvement, and program evaluation. In her most recent role at Vanderbilt Health, she worked with the Quality, Safety, and Risk Prevention Department (QSRP) where she developed and led a variety of key initiatives in regulatory compliance, clinical performance assessment, safety, and workplace violence prevention. Previously, Dr. Kostiw was a faculty member and Assistant Director at the Center for Latin American Studies at Vanderbilt University. While there, she designed and implemented a multi-disciplinary curriculum, mentored undergraduate and graduate students, and oversaw accreditation data.
