Derrick R. Sowder, SLP

Derrick Sowder has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Vanderbilt for 16 years, evaluating and treating pediatric and young adult patients with a variety of Speech-Language delays and Voice/Resonance disorders, with a specialization in Cleft lip/palate and Craniofacial Anomalies. He is excited to be a member of such an energetic and enthusiastic team, and helping every patient find their voice. In his spare time, Derrick is a cinephile, and enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring Nashville’s ‘foodie’ scene.
