Dan Neubauer, MD

Dr. Neubauer was born and raised in Chicago where he went to Loyola University Chicago for both undergraduate and med school. He started his Navy career in Portsmouth, VA as a general surgery intern. After intern year he went to flight school in Pensacola, FL before heading to San Diego to be a flight surgeon with a Marine Osprey squadron. There he earned his callsign - “Notorious B.I.G.” -with VMM-363 “The Lucky Red Lions”.  Following his time with the Marines, he completed his general surgery residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and was assigned to the USS Abraham Lincoln as the ship surgeon. We enjoy beach days, hiking, and trying new coffee shops.
