Jamie Kaplan, MD

Dr. Kaplan grew up in Melbourne Beach, FL and moved to New Orleans, LA for college on a Division One Women's Basketball scholarship at Tulane University. Following graduation, she continued her medical school training at Tulane. She moved to Jacksonville, FL to complete her General Surgery residency at Mayo Clinic Florida. Dr. Kaplan enjoys breast and abdominal wall reconstruction, melanoma/cutaneous malignancy surgery, microsurgery, and aesthetic surgery. She loves working out, going to the beach, paddleboarding, going to festivals, and spending time with her family and friends.
