Recognizing that strong support people can help patients recover faster and avoid readmissions, the Vanderbilt MyHealth Bundles team created a communications plan to bolster these individuals with information and guidance about their love one’s upcoming health journey. In late July, the team launched support person email campaigns for MySpineHealth, MyOrthoHealth–Hip and Knee Surgery and MyHearing Health.
Each campaign includes original content built to answer questions and ease anxieties of patient caregivers and partners. A support person campaign for MyMaternity Health will launch in September and a campaign for MyWeightLossHealth will launch this winter.
The bundles team has also been preparing for 2022, which will include the expansion of the bundles program into the Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital. January 1 will also be the launch date of three new MyHealth bundles: MyWeightLoss Health – Medical Weight Loss, MyOrtho Health – Atraumatic Shoulder Pain and MyOrtho Health – Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.
