Carina Anderson Rider, MSN

Carina is a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who joined the Department of Psychiatry in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Medicine, Health, and Society (2019) and her Master of Science in Nursing (2021) from Vanderbilt University. Carina currently practices at the Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital and the Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic. Prior to clinical practice as a PMHNP, she worked at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a nurse vaccinator for one year.
