Inamullah Khan, MD
Born at a small town in war-struck northern areas of Pakistan, sharing border with the ever-unstable Afghanistan, Dr. Khan has cruised through early life with a continuous quest to learn and educate.
Dr. Khan completed his MBBS from The Aga Khan University Karachi, with 3-months of US clinical rotations in neurosurgery including a month in Jacobs Institute at Buffalo. With his interest in teaching since childhood, Dr. Khan has remained involved in teaching physics and statistics at school and college level. Dr. Khan taught medical basic-sciences for a year after completing his medical school at the same institute. His interest in research brought him to Vanderbilt Spine Center where he is involved in various quality improvement projects.In his words, “I believe that research studies should aim at easing others' lives, improving functional outcomes and reducing disability with cost effectiveness and informed decisions.”
Dr. Khan enjoys playing and watching cricket. He speaks three languages including Pushto (mother tongue), Urdu and English. He is a beginner photographer
