Grace Herbert, M.S.
Grace Herbert joined the Transitions Lab in December 2021 as the Clinical Research Coordinator with over a decade of experience in healthcare administration. She received her Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership and Innovation from Trevecca Nazarene University. Prior to graduate school, she worked in the VUMC General Pediatrics Department for seven years researching how behavior, environment, and genetics play a role in family health outcomes. Before that, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama.
Grace got her start in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field, volunteering at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center’s summer programs and teaching swim lessons to youth on the autism spectrum. She is committed to research that enables the neurodivergent community to live happier, healthier, and more engaged lives.
