Florencia Pezzimenti, M.Ed.

Florencia Pezzimenti was a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Transitions Lab from May 2019 to July 2021. She joined the VUMC Pediatrics Department in 2019, after working at the VUMC Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences department for two years. She received a M.Ed. In Clinical Psychological Assessment from Vanderbilt University, and completed her practicum placement at the Vanderbilt Center of Excellence for Children in State Custody. Prior to that, she received a B.A. in Journalism and Communication from Universidad del Salvador, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Florencia co-authored papers and publications that appeared in The Oxford Handbook of Autism and Co-occurring Psychiatric conditions, Autism, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinics of North America, among others.
