Eman Durrani, B.S.
Eman Durrani is a Research Assistant at the Transitions Lab in VUMC. She recently received her B.S. from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, where she studied Psychology and minored in Chemistry. During her undergraduate education, Eman was involved in research focused on psychometrics and the development and validation of psychological instruments used to measure non-normative behavior.
Her broader interests are the integration of research on evidence-based-practice interventions and informed policy. Eman is passionate about the studies she is involved in at the Transitions Lab, and hopes that findings can further advocacy and service access for families of youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities. In the future, Eman will pursue further education in Clinical Psychology and potentially Public Policy.
