Happy Nurses Week! May is my favorite month of the year to celebrate YOU! In this issue, you will see some highlights of the various celebrations, with more to come! You will also read about the VUMC EBP Plunge event where nurses throughout our healthcare system came together for a deep immersion into evidence-based practice. Lastly, please read about the new care partner career development ladder being created at Vanderbilt. The ability for advancement will improve our recruitment and retention efforts for these valuable care partners.
