Hope you are enjoying the summer! This issue features a recent panel discussion about men in nursing that was held live (and streamed) at VUSN. The discussion included 3 male nurse experts speaking to the challenges and opportunities for men in nursing.
We showcase several nurses from a variety of areas in VUMC, including regional hospitals, who received the DAISY Award. We also acknowledge a group of nurses that presented at the Fuld National Institute EBP Summit in Columbus, Ohio in May and two nurses who were honored as Rising Stars by the Tennessee Action Coalition. Please join me in congratulating these Vanderbilt nurses on their accomplishments.
