New and returning instructors will receive a request from automated@app.smartsheet.com to submit their instructor survey once their school submits their information to student placement for onboarding. Next steps about onboarding, including shadow shift scheduling, if applicable, will be provided to instructors directly thereafter. Follow-up with your school to ensure student placement has been notified of your impending teaching experience.

- If it has been more than 12 months since last teaching on the unit, 1 (12 hour) shadowing shift will need to be completed with completion of skills roadmap.
