New and returning instructors will receive a request from automated@app.smartsheet.com to submit their instructor survey once their school submits their information to student placement for onboarding. Next steps about onboarding, including shadow shift scheduling, if applicable, will be provided to instructors directly thereafter. Follow-up with your school to ensure student placement has been notified of your impending teaching experience.

- Please contact the unit the night prior (2100-2300) to bringing your students for clinical to remind the unit of your impending arrival (by 1245 the day of PM clinicals). The operator can transfer you to your unit (615-322-5000).
- The assignment sheet should be filled out each time instructors bring students to the unit. When the student/patient assignment is made with the RSL or CSL for the day, please make sure that this assignment sheet is left at the nurse’s station and visible to staff.
